Deuteronomy 11:18-21:

Therefore shall ye lay up these my words in your heart and in your soul, and bind them for a sign upon your hand, that they may be as frontlets between your eyes.
And ye shall teach them your children, speaking of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, when thou liest down, and when thou risest up.
And thou shalt write them upon the door posts of thine house, and upon thy gates:
That your days may be multiplied, and the days of your children, in the land which the LORD sware unto your fathers to give them, as the days of heaven upon the earth.

Notes on Deuteronomy 11:18-21:

Speaking God’s Word when you sit, when you walk, when you lie down and when you get up, and having Scripture around your house seems so radical that most preachers would be ridiculed for even suggesting such a lifestyle.  That’s a little too radical, right?  Wrong!  If you really want to get healed by the power of God and stay healed, you’d better be speaking the Word a lot!  You should be taking in good teaching, whether by audio recordings, videos, good books and e-books about Bible concepts, or the Bible itself.  Keep yourself built up!

Many people are not healed because they do not have the kind of commitment that this verse requires for long life on the earth.  If you are only half-hearted about divine healing, go see a doctor right now or else resign yourself to staying sick.  Sadly, you will encounter many sick people with a mamby-pamby attitude about their conditions who are unmotivated to do anything about them.  You can’t get such people healed unless you can get them to change their attitudes, which reflect the second of the five-word faith-killer phrases “If it be Thy will” and “I can live with it.”

Do as this says, and store the Word in your heart before you get sick in the first place.  It’s a lot harder to learn about healing when you feel lousy and you don’t want to study.
