Objection: I Asked God to Make My Handicapped Child Whole, and God Said, “No.”
This is another case of someone hearing from an evil spirit claiming to be God, as there is no record in the Bible that the real God ever told a parent “No” when the parent wanted a child healed. You must get doctrine from Scripture, not experiences! I’ve found that some people are going to stick with their so-called experiences over the Word even when you tell them what the Word says. The Fake Lord goes on to say (in the disgusting poem from which this is taken), “He said, Her spirit is whole; her body is only temporary.’” Later putrid verses say, “I asked God to spare me pain, And God said, ‘No.’ He said, ‘Suffering draws you apart from worldly cares. And brings you closer to Me.’” At least the author had the wisdom to remain unknown to save himself the embarrassment that comes from speaking contrary to the Bible. You can’t find any case where Jesus told any parent that the child’s spirit was OK so his body would just have to be partly nonfunctional until heaven. You will find no one who petitioned the Lord to be set free from pain or sickness to whom the Lord said “No” because God was using it to draw the person closer to Himself. The purveyors of such religious junk have to cite experience because they certainly can’t back up their experience with Scripture – which anyone with any wisdom will insist on doing.
