Proverbs 19:23:

The fear of the LORD tendeth to life: and he that hath it shall abide satisfied; he shall not be visited with evil.

Given that sickness is evil (Deuteronomy 7:15), this is another statement that the man who fears God should not expect to get sick like those who do not fear God.
